Sunreturn Systems ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Redshift NPI Tracker platform and marketing site. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our service, web applications, or contact us.

• Account Data: Name, work email address, company name, and authentication credentials when you sign up or log in.
• Workspace & Sales Data: Product target volumes, product names, SKUs, and sales report files (CSVs) uploaded to your workspace.
• Payment Information: Billing data and payment cards are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage & Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, device information, and system logs recorded during application use.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your information exclusively to provide and improve the Redshift platform, including to:

• Calculate target vs. actual volume trajectories and render portfolio dashboards.
• Process sales exports using automated AI parsers to match actual volume actuals to active product SKUs.
• Manage tenant subscriptions, user access, and account security.
• Send critical system notifications, workspace reports, or support responses.

4. DATA SECURITY & TENANT ISOLATION

We enforce strict multi-tenant Row Level Security (RLS) in our database architecture to ensure your workspace data is completely isolated from other organizations. Uploaded sales payloads and target data are never used to train public machine learning models or shared with third parties.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We rely on vetted infrastructure providers to deliver our service:

• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription billing.
• Vercel & Replit: Secure web application and static landing page hosting.
• AI Parsing Services: Secure API-driven LLMs for schema detection and CSV parsing.
